ETS@Work Transit Program: Eligible employees will see savings of 24% off the normal cost of their monthly bus passes, with 12% being offered from the City of Edmonton, and 12% savings being matched from PCM Canada!

Referral Program: We reward for finding Talent. Referral bonuses are awarded for all permanent positions in all locations. The dollar amount is based on position, and level.

Awards and Recognition

PCM Canada recognizes that our people are what makes us! We have several awards programs that acknowledge those who embody our core values and act as role models for their peers. Employees nationwide are eligible for our Quarterly MVP Award, where they can be nominated by their peers and subsequently chosen by our People & Culture Committee. All Quarterly MVPs are then eligible for the Annual Core Values Champion Award, announced at our yearly holiday party.

Managers and above can be nominated for our new Annual Coach’s Award, which recognizes the outstanding leaders at PCM Canada. Employees can also be recognized on a day-to-day basis through our Spotlight Award program, which encourages managers to get to know their employees and reward those who go above and beyond, in the form of gift cards to popular restaurants and retailers.
