Our People & Culture Committee promotes wellness initiatives and incentives throughout the organization. Our Committee helps to foster involvement, raise awareness, and sponsor initiatives such as Fitness Challenges, Corporate Bootcamps, Lunch & Learn sessions, noon-hour yoga classes, and more!

In Alberta, PCM Canada has joined up with Hope Mission Alberta Kids Race to help them reach their goal! At Kids in Action – children are supported and mentored as they participate in active games, eat nutritious food, and learn about goal setting and perseverance. All year, kids across Alberta train to achieve a goal of running in a 5k race, we are honored to be running beside the children this year!!
PCM Canada has teamed up with GFL Environmental for all our waste including food & yard waste. GFL’s has helped us greatly reduce thvvvte impact that we have on public health and the environment thanks to responsible management practices such as the recovery of reusable resources and the composting of organics.
